1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern the Vantage Follow & RP Campaign ('Giveaway') offered by Vantage Prime Trading Limited ('Vantage Trading' or 'the Company'), a company registered with the VFSC reg. no. 00318. By participating in this Giveaway, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Giveaway Period

This Giveaway is available from 26 April 2025, 14:00 PM (JST) to 11 May 2025, 23:59 PM (JST).

3. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to users who meet the following criteria:

• Aged 18 and above with residences registered only from selected countries/regions.

4. Participation Requirements

To participate, users must:

• Follow the Vantage JP official account Vantage Japan official X;
• Repost (RP) the specified campaign post;
• Comment or Quote Repost (QRP) specified answers to the topic stated on the specific campaign post.

An entry will only be valid if it has been posted successfully relating to this Giveaway, and the entry shall remain visible to the public during the Giveaway Period.

5. Bonus or Reward Structure

• Thirty (30) winners will be randomly chosen to win an Amazon Gift Card worth JPY2,000.
• At the end of Giveaway, Vantage will announce the winners within 14 business days. Winners will receive a Direct message (DM) from the Vantage JP X account and must follow the instructions to claim the prizes.

6. Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates any of the Terms;
• Provides false information;
• Engages in suspicious trading activities or abusive trading practices, such as churning.

7. Modification and Termination

Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Giveaway or any of the Terms at its discretion including removing or deducting any credit bonus from a participant account and voiding any profits generated with the use of trading credit. This may occur due to violations of the Terms, suspicious or abusive trading practices or misuse of the credit bonus. Update or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

9. Liability

Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Giveaway. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by the client.

DEFINITIONS

• 1. Churning
  refers to the practice of opening and closing Margin FX or CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.
• 2. Suspicious Trading Activity
  refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. For details, please refer to the Client Agreement available on the website.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply to all offers/promotions/giveaways/Competitions (“Offers”), unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• All Vantage offers only apply to valid STP, ECN and Premium accounts. Cent accounts and BTC and ETH currency accounts are not applicable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All Vantage offers are only available by applicable law.
• Vantage offers are not designed to alter or modify an individual’s risk preference or encourage individuals to trade in a manner inconsistent with their trading strategies.
• Clients should ensure they operate their trading accounts consistently and at their trading comfort level.
• New accounts are subject to approval as per Vantage’s account opening procedure. Individuals who apply for an account with Vantage must check their local laws and regulations.
• Vantage reserves the right to stop clients from claiming credit bonuses from promotions if your deposit is made via an e-wallet/cryptocurrency channel, including but not limited to USDT, Neteller and Skrill.
• Clients are not allowed to use the credit bonus to hedge positions. Vantage reserves the right to cancel a client’s eligibility to participate in any credit bonus offers, remove partial/all credit bonus from his/her trading account and partial/all profit generated by hedging positions without further notice.
• Vantage reserves the right to decline any application or indication to participate in any promotion at its sole discretion without the need to provide any justification or explain the reasons for such a decline.
• Vantage reserves the right to exclude and/or cancel a client’s participation in its offers if: a) found churning (opening and closing of Margin FX or CFD transaction just for the benefit of earning a benefit); b) found hedging internally or externally; c) found to violate its Client Agreement or has breached the terms and conditions of the promotion. In case of such misconduct or breach, Vantage shall have the right to deduct any bonus amounts from the trading account.
• Vantage may make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on the Vantage website. You are advised to revise these Terms regularly, and by your continued use of the Vantage website and services, you accept any such modified terms. Vantage reserves the right to modify or cancel any offers at its sole discretion.
• Vantage will not be liable for any loss, costs, expense or damage which may be suffered in connection with this offer and which by law may not be excluded by these Terms.
• If there is any inconsistency, the English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail if the terms are translated into a language other than English.
