1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Summer Battle Trading Contest ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Prime Trading Limited ("Vantage Trading" or "the Company"), a company registered with the VFSC reg. no. 00318. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available during these dates ("Promotion Period"):

• Registration Period: 24 June 2026, 15:00 PM – 7 July 2026, 23:59 PM (JST)
• Contest Period: 1 July 2026, 15:00 PM – 31 July 2026, 23:59 PM (JST)

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all Vantage Trading clients who meet the following criteria:

• Must have an STP (JPY/USD), ECN or Premium trading account with Vantage Trading. STP (BTC/ETH) and Copy Trading account are excluded.
• Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions.

If a client does not see the Promotion available in their account during the applicable Promotion Period, the client will be considered ineligible for the Promotion.

4. Participation Requirements

To participate, clients must:

• (Optional) Set a nickname for display on the contest leaderboard. For rules regarding nickname setting and leaderboard display, please refer to Appendix 1.
• Register for the Contest via Client Portal or Vantage APP during the Registration Period.
• Deposit a minimum of USD 320 or 50,000 JPY into their registered contest account for ROI calculation to commence.
• Trade at least USD300,000 notional volume during the contest period to be eligible to receive the prize.
• Notional volume traded is calculated on a per-account basis.
• If an account is opted out, the notional volume will be reset and removed from the leaderboard.

Each client may participate using only one trading account at a time. If a client wishes to switch to a different account, they must first opt out of the existing contest account and then opt in with the new account. Please note that when opting in with a new account, both the deposit amount and ROI performance record will be reset.

Performance will only be counted after the client has registered and the required deposits of USD $320 or 50,000 JPY has been reflected in the account. If the deposit is made during the Contest Period, only trades from the deposit date onward will be counted. Refer to Appendix 2 for examples.

Participants who have opted out of the category campaign cannot opt in again to the same category campaign using the same account. To participate again in the same campaign, the client must create or use a different account.

5. Bonus or Reward Structure

At the end of the Contest, the top 100 eligible clients with the highest profit percentage (ROI) will be declared winners. The prize structure is as follows:

• Participants of the ROI category will be eligible to receive an ROI reset ticket once the Contest Period begins.
• One ticket will be issued for every USD 1,000,000 in notional volume traded.
• Each participant may receive a maximum of one (1) ticket.
• Participants may use the reset ticket during the Contest Period at their discretion, or they may opt not to use it.
• If a participant opts out and then opts back into the ROI contest, any ongoing progress toward earning a reset ticket will be reset.
• If a participant has already earned a reset ticket prior to opting out and then opts back in, they will retain their previously earned ticket, but any ongoing progress toward additional tickets will be reset.
• Clients who do not meet the minimum notional volume requirement will be disqualified from the prize pool, even if they rank within the top 100 based on ROI.
• Where a participant has used an ROI reset coupon, the notional volume for the ROI category will be reset. Only notional volume made after the ROI reset coupon has been applied will count toward determining the participant’s eligibility for the contest.
• No rollover of prizes will occur. Disqualified participants’ prizes will not be reassigned to other participants and will remain unawarded.
• If multiple winners have the same ROI, the winner who registered earlier will be ranked higher.

6. Winner Announcement and Prize Fulfilment

Upon conclusion of the Competition, Vantage Trading will announce the winners of the top 100 eligible clients in the ROI category by 5 August 2026, 12:00PM JST. The winners of the Special Ranking Awards will be announced by 12 August 2026, 12:00PM JST.

a. For Cashback:

• Upon conclusion of the Competition, the cash prizes will be credited to the respective accounts after the contest ends, by 14 August 2026.

b. For Vacation Voucher:

• At the end of Promotion, Vantage Trading will contact the winners via email within 3 business days after the winner announcement.
• Clients must complete the form provided by Vantage Trading with their user ID, account ID and upload the eligible receipts to claim the prize. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all required information provided is accurate and complete.
• Only receipts for hotel accommodation, flight tickets, meals, and entertainment expenses incurred during the trip are considered eligible. Receipts are subject to review and approval by Vantage Trading. Receipts that are illegible, incomplete, altered, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise deemed invalid by Vantage will not be accepted. Vantage Trading reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether any expense qualifies as an eligible expense under the Promotion.
• Only receipts with an invoice date on or after 5 August 2026 are eligible for submission under this Promotion. All receipt submissions must be completed by 30 September 2026, 23:59 GMT+9. Receipts submitted after the submission deadline will not be accepted.
• Reimbursements will be made only up to the maximum Vacation Voucher prize value awarded to the winner. Any unused portion of the Vacation Voucher shall be forfeited and shall not be redeemable for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.
• Eligible reimbursement amounts will be credited only to the winner's registered trading account by 14 October 2026, subject to the submission and verification of valid supporting receipts and documentation.

The Vacation Voucher is a reimbursement-based prize and does not constitute a voucher, travel package, or direct payment. The reimbursement amount shall not exceed the maximum Vacation Voucher prize value awarded to the winner.

7.Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates any of the Terms;
• Engages in abusive trading practices, such as churning; or
• Provides false information or engages in fraudulent activities.

8. Modification and Termination

Vantage Trading reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion including removing or deducting any credit bonus from a participant account and voiding any profits generated with the use of trading credit. This may occur due to violations of the Terms, suspicious or abusive trading practices or misuse of the credit bonus. Update or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

10. Liability

Vantage Trading is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by the client.

APPENDIX 1

Nickname Setting:

• Setting a nickname is optional. If a participant chooses to set a nickname, it must be set prior to opting in for the contest.
• Once a participant has opted in with a nickname, the nickname will remain fixed for the duration of the Contest Period. Any changes made via the client portal after opt-in will not be reflected on the leaderboard.
• Nicknames are registered on a per-contest basis. Any nickname set or modified after opting in will not apply to any contest already joined.

APPENDIX 2

Eligible Performance Duration Based on Registration and Deposit Timing:

DEFINITIONS

1. Eligible Client refers to clients who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion, as specified in these Terms.

2. Eligible Countries/Regions refers to the countries or regions where the Promotion is accessible to clients through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.

3. Registration Period refers to the specific timeframe during which Eligible Clients are required to complete the registration process for the Contest in order to participate.

4. Contest Period refers to the specific timeframe during which clients’ return rates are measured to determine their eligibility for prizes outlined in the Promotion.

5. Trading Account refers to the account held by the Eligible Client with Vantage for the purpose of trading financial products.

6. Profit Percentage (ROI) refers to the percentage gain or loss achieved by a client in the contest account during the Contest Period, calculated based on their profits, withdrawals, starting account balance, starting floating PnL, deposits, internal transfers, and cashback.

• Accumulated deposits: Deposits into the participating account after registration
• Transferred in: Internal transfer into the participating account after registration
• Transferred out: Internal transfer out from the participating account after registration
• Cashbacks: Accumulated cashback or rebates from promotions into participating account
• Starting Account Balance: Balance at the time the participant registered and fulfilled clause 4 during Contest Period*
• Starting Floating PnL: Unrealized gains or losses on open positions at the time the participant registered and fulfilled clause 4 during Contest Period*

Note: Credits are excluded from the calculation.

*If a client registers and deposits USD 320 before 1st July 15:00, the Starting Account Balance and Starting Floating PnL will be taken as of the 1st July 15:00.

7. Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing Margin FX or CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.

8. Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. For details, please refer to the Client Agreement available on the website.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply to all offers/promotions/giveaways/contests (“offers”), unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All Vantage Trading offers apply exclusively to valid STP and ECN accounts. PremiumCent [5] [6] accounts, BTC and ETH currency accounts are not eligible unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are not eligible to participate in any Vantage offers.
• All Vantage Trading offers are only available in accordance with applicable laws and product intervention orders.
• Vantage Trading offers are not intended to influence an individual's risk preferences or encourage trading inconsistent with their own strategies. Clients should ensure that they operate their trading account in line with their comfort level.
• New accounts are subject to approval according to Vantage Trading's account opening procedure. Individuals applying for an account must review their local laws and regulations before applying with Vantage Trading.
• Vantage Trading reserves the right to disqualify clients from claiming a trading credit from Vantage Trading offers if they make deposits via e-wallet/digital coin channels, including but not limited to USDT, Neteller, and Skrill.
• Clients are not permitted to use the trading credit for hedging positions. Vantage Trading reserves the right to cancel a client's eligibility for credit bonus offers, remove partial or all credit bonuses from their trading account, and eliminate partial or all profits generated by hedging positions without prior notice.
• Vantage Trading may exclude and/or cancel a client's participation in its offers if: a) they engage in churning (opening and closing Margin FX or CFD transactions solely for the purpose of benefiting from an offer); b) they engage in internal or external hedging; c) they violate the Client Agreement or breach the terms and conditions of any offers In such cases, Vantage Trading has the right to remove any bonus amounts or incentives from the trading account.
• Vantage Trading may make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and will inform you of such changes by posting the modified terms on the Vantage Trading website. It is advisable to regularly review these Terms, and by continuing to use Vantage Trading's website and services, you accept any modified terms. Vantage Trading retains the right to modify or cancel offers at its sole discretion, at any time.
• In the event of suspected misconduct, fraud, abuse, or violation of the Terms and Conditions, Vantage Trading may cancel, modify, or reverse any rewards or promotional incentives, and withdraw the eligibility of any participant at its absolute discretion. Furthermore, Vantage Trading reserves the right to disqualify, decline or reject any subscription to the offers or participant at any stage of the offers, without prior notice or liability to any individual.
• Vantage Trading’s decision or resolution regarding the award of all prizes, disqualification of any participant and/or in every situation including any not covered by these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants of any offers. Vantage Trading is not obliged to entertain or respond to any queries, challenges, or appeals made against the Company’s decision pertaining to any offers.
• Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vantage Trading harmless from and against any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to their participation in any offers, including any violation of the Terms and Conditions, breach of any applicable laws or regulations, or infringement of third-party rights. Vantage Trading is not responsible for any losses, costs, expenses, or damages that may be incurred in connection with this offer, to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
• Vantage Trading, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities incurred by clients as a result of participating in any offers, including but not limited to financial losses, system failures, technical glitches, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
• Vantage Trading may exclusively collect and process the personal data you provide in connection with any offers, with your explicit consent and for the specific purpose stated. Your data will be managed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws to ensure both your privacy and data security.
• In the event of any inconsistency, the English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail if the terms are translated into a language other than English.
