1. はじめに
本利用規約（「規約」）は、Vantage Prime Trading Limited（「Vantage Trading」、「ヴァンテージ」または「当社」）が提供する「Vantage Trading 友達紹介キャンペーン（「キャンペーン」）」に適用されます。Vantage Prime Trading Limitedは、VFSC登録番号00318の企業です。本キャンペーンに参加することにより、参加者は本規約に同意し、遵守することを認めたものとします。
2. キャンペーン期間
キャンペーンは2025年3月10日から、別途通知があるまで実施されます（「キャンペーン期間」）。
3. 対象者
本キャンペーンは、以下の条件を満たす既存のクライアントに対して提供されます。
- Vantage Tradingでスタンダード口座 (JPY/USD)、ECN口座またはコピートレーディング口座を開設済みであること。
- KYC（個人認証・住所認証・顔認証）を完了すること。
- 対象地域/国に居住していること。
- IB活動を行うトレーダーではないこと。
4. 参加条件
紹介される人（紹介者からの「紹介対象者」）は、アカウント登録日から30日以内に以下の条件を満たすことで、成功した紹介として認められます。
- Vantage Tradingアプリまたはクライアントポータル内で、紹介者のユニークなリンクを通じて実際の取引口座を登録し、開設すること
- IBより紹介された人は本キャンペーンの対象外です。
- KYC（個人認証・住所認証・顔認証）を完了すること。
- 累計15,000円（100USD）の最低入金を行うこと。
5. ボーナスまたは報酬の構成
- 成功した紹介1件につき、紹介者と紹介対象者の両方にそれぞれ以下の通りクレジットボーナスが付与されます。
- さらに、紹介者は5件の新規紹介が完了するたびに、基本報酬に加えて50USDのクレジットボーナスを追加で受け取ります。クレジットボーナスはUSD/JPYの終日の為替レートにより変動します。

6. 報酬獲得方法
- a. 紹介対象者:
紹介対象者が報酬獲得要件を全て満たした際に、最初に開設した口座に報酬が付与されます。 - b. 紹介者：
紹介対象者が報酬獲得要件を全て満たした際に、紹介者はキャンペーンページから希望の受取口座を選択し、報酬を受け取ることができます。ボーナスの引換えが成功すると、報酬は選択された口座に付与されます。
7. 入金および出金条件
- クレジットは出金不可ですが、ボーナスから得た利益は出金可能となります。
- 出金や内部転送により、クレジットが一部または全て消滅する場合があります。これはヴァンテージの裁量に基づきます。
8. 資格喪失
ヴァンテージは、以下のいずれかに該当する参加者に対して資格を喪失させる権利を留保します。
- 規約のいずれかに違反した場合
- チャーニング（過度な取引などの悪質な取引行為）を行った場合
- 虚偽の情報を提供したり、不正行為を行った場合
9. 変更および終了
ヴァンテージは、当社の裁量により、本キャンペーンまたは規約の内容を変更、停止、または終了する権利を有します。変更内容はVantage Tradingのウェブサイトで通知されます。
10. データ保護およびプライバシー
参加することにより、参加者は当社のプライバシーポリシーに従って個人データが収集および処理されることに同意したものとします。プライバシーポリシーは当社のウェブサイトにて確認できます。
11. 責任
ヴァンテージは、本キャンペーンへの参加に起因するいかなる損失、損害、または請求についても責任を負いません。ヴァンテージの責任は、法律により最大限認められる範囲内で制限され、クライアントが預けた総額を超えることはありません。

紹介者とは、Vantage Tradingの既存クライアントであり、キャンペーンの一環としてユニークな紹介リンクを使用して紹介対象者をプラットフォームに招待する者を指します。 - 紹介対象者（Referee）
紹介対象者とは、紹介者のユニークなリンクを通じてVantage Tradingに紹介され、キャンペーンの参加資格要件を満たす新規クライアントを指します。 - チャーニング（Churning）
チャーニングとは、健全な投資戦略に基づく取引を行うのではなく、キャンペーンの特典を得るためだけに、マージンFXやCFD取引を開閉する行為を指します。 - 当社またはヴァンテージ（Company or Vantage）
当社またはヴァンテージとは、VFSC登録番号00318で登録されているVantage Prime Trading Limitedを指します。 - クレジットボーナス（Credit Bonus
クレジットボーナスとは、対象クライアントの取引口座にクレジットとして入金されるボーナス資金であり、引き出しはできませんが、取引に使用することができます。 - 対象クライアント（Eligible Client）
対象クライアントとは、これらの規約で定められたキャンペーンの参加資格要件を満たすクライアントを指します。 - キャンペーン（Promotion）
キャンペーンとは、当社が提供する特典やボーナスであり、これらの規約に記載された内容に基づいています。 - キャンペーン期間（Promotion Period）
キャンペーン期間とは、キャンペーンが有効である特定の期間を指し、当社によって定義されます。 - 取引口座（Trading Account）
取引口座とは、Vantage Tradingで金融商品を取引する目的で対象クライアントが保有する口座を指します。
一般条件
以下の条件は、明示的に別途記載がない限り、全てのオファー/プロモーション/プレゼント/コンペティション （以下「オファー」）に適用されます。
- 全てのVantage Tradingのオファーは、有効なスタンダード口座、ECN口座にのみ適用されます。特に明記されていない限り、プレミアム口座、BTCおよびETH通貨口座は適用されません。
- Vantage Tradingの全てのオファーは、適用される法令に基づいてのみ利用可能です。
- Vantage Tradingのオファーは、個人のリスク選好を変更または修正することや、個人が自身の取引戦略と一致しない取引を行うことを奨励することを目的としていません。
- お客様は、ご自身の快適な取引レベルで取引口座を確実に運用する必要があります。
- 新規口座開設は、Vantage Tradingの口座開設手続きに基づいて承認される必要があります。申請する個人は、申請前に自国の法令を確認してください。
- お客様は、クレジットボーナスを使用してポジションをヘッジすることはできません。
- Vantage Tradingは、お客様のクレジットボーナスオファーへの参加資格を取り消し、取引口座から一部または全額のクレジットボーナスおよびヘッジポジションによって得られた一部または全利益を予告なく削除する権利を有します。
- Vantage Tradingは、独自の判断により、いかなるプロモーションへの参加申込みまたは参加を拒否する権利を有します。
- Vantage Tradingは、以下の状況でお客様のオファーへの参加を除外または取り消す権利を有します。
a) チャーニング（単に利益を得るためだけにマージンFXまたはCFD取引を頻繁に開閉する行為）が確認された場合
b) 内部または外部でのヘッジが確認された場合
c) 顧客契約に違反した場合、またはプロモーションの利用規約に違反した場合 このような不正行為や違反が確認された場合、Vantage Tradingは取引アカウントからボーナス額を差し引く権利を有します。 - Vantage Tradingは、これらの利用規約を随時変更する権利を有し、変更された規約をVantage Tradingのウェブサイトに掲載し通知します。これらの利用規約を定期的に確認し、Vantage Tradingのウェブサイトおよびサービスを引き続き利用することで、変更された規約に同意したものとみなされます。Vantage Tradingは、独自の裁量でオファーを変更またはキャンセルする権利を有します。
- Vantage Tradingは、本オファーに関連して被る可能性のある損失、費用、経費、または損害であって、法律上本規約によって除外することができないものについて、一切責任を負いません。
- 本規約が英語以外の言語に翻訳されている場合、矛盾がある場合は、本規約の英語版が優先されるものとします。

Vantage Trading Refer a Friend Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern the Vantage Trading Refer a Friend Promotion ('Promotion') offered by Vantage Prime Trading Limited ('Vantage Trading' or 'the Company'), a company registered with the VFSC reg. no. 00318. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion is available from 3 March 2025 until further notice ('Promotion Period').
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to existing clients (“Referrer”) who meet the following criteria:
- Must have an STP (USD/JPY), ECN or Copy Trading account with Vantage Trading.
- Completed full KYC (POI, POA & POF) verification.
- Must be a resident of Japan.
- Not an Introducing Broker (IB).
4. Participation Requirements
New clients (“Referee”) must complete the requirements below to be considered as a successful referral:
- Register and open a live trading account via the referrer’s unique link provided within the Vantage Trading APP or Client Portal;
- Referee must not be referred by an Introducing Broker.
- Complete full KYC (POI, POA & POF) verification;
- Deposit a minimum of JPY15,000 (USD100)
- Deposit can be cumulative.
KYC and deposit requirements must be fulfilled within 30 days of the registration date.
5. Bonus or Reward Structure
- For every successful referral, the referrer and referee will receive a credit bonus each as below.
- The referrer will also receive an extra USD50 credit bonus on top of the default rewards every time they successfully completed 5 new referrals. The credit bonus may vary based on the USD/JPY currency rate at the end of day.

6. Reward Redemption
- a. Referee:
Once all applicable referral criteria have been fully met, the referral reward will be automatically credited to the referee's first eligible trading account. No manual redemption is required. - b. Referer:
Once all applicable referee criteria have been fully met, the referer may redeem the reward by selecting an eligible trading account from the dropdown list provided. Upon successful redemption, the reward will be credited to the selected account.
7. Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions
- The bonus/credit is non-withdrawable, but profits earned from the bonus are eligible for withdrawal;
- Withdrawals/Internal transfer may result in the forfeiture of the bonus or reward, subject to Vantage's sole discretion.
8. Disqualification
Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Violates any of the Terms;
- Engages in abusive trading practices, such as churning; or
- Provides false information or engages in fraudulent activities.
9. Modification and Termination
Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion, with updates provided on the Vantage Trading website.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
11. Liability
Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by the client.

DEFINITIONS
1.Referrer refers to an existing client of Vantage Trading who invites a referee to join the platform using a unique referral link as part of the Promotion.
2.Referee refers to a new client who is introduced to Vantage Trading via the referrer’s unique link and meets the eligibility requirements for the Promotion.
3.Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing Margin FX or CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.
4.Company or Vantage refers to Vantage Prime Trading Limited, registered with the VFSC reg. no. 00318.
5.Credit Bonus refers to the bonus funds credited to an Eligible Client's trading account, which cannot be withdrawn but can be used for trading.
6.Eligible Client refers to clients who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion, as specified in these Terms.
7.Promotion refers to the special offer or bonus made available by the Company, as described in these Terms.
8.Promotion Period refers to the specific period during which the Promotion is active, as defined by the Company.
9.Trading Account refers to the account held by the Eligible Client with Vantage Trading for the purpose of trading financial products.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following conditions apply to all offers/promotions/giveaways/Competitions (“offers”), unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- All Vantage Trading bonuses and promotions apply to eligible Standard and ECN accounts only, and do not apply to Premium and Standard (BTC/ETH) accounts unless otherwise stated.
- Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are not eligible to participate in any Vantage offers.
- All Vantage Trading offers are only available in accordance with applicable laws and product intervention orders.
- Vantage Trading offers are not intended to influence an individual's risk preferences or encourage trading inconsistent with their own strategies. Clients should ensure that they operate their trading account in line with their comfort level.
- New accounts are subject to approval according to Vantage Trading's account opening procedure. Individuals applying for an account must review their local laws and regulations before applying with Vantage Trading.
- Vantage Trading reserves the right to disqualify clients from claiming a trading credit from Vantage Trading offers if they make deposits via e-wallet/digital coin channels, including but not limited to USDT, Neteller, and Skrill.
- You may not use trading credits for hedging positions. Vantage Trading reserves the right, without prior notice, to revoke your eligibility for the Credit Bonus offer, remove any or all of the Credit Bonus and Incentives from your trading account, and remove any or all of the profits generated by hedging positions.
a) You have oversold (entered and exited margin FX or CFD transactions with the sole purpose of profiting from an offer);
b) If you have entered into an internal or external hedge
c) If you breach the Client Agreement or the terms of the Offer; - Vantage Trading may modify these Terms at any time and will notify you by posting the modified Terms on the Vantage Trading website. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. By continuing to use the Vantage Trading website and services, you are deemed to have accepted the modified Terms. Vantage Trading reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or cancel these Terms at any time.
- The decisions or resolutions of Vantage Trading in any circumstance, including the awarding of any prize, disqualification of any participant or otherwise not covered by these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants in the Offer and Vantage Trading shall not be obliged to entertain any enquiries, challenges or appeals against its decisions.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vantage Trading from any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in this Offer, including any breach of these Terms of Use, any applicable law or any infringement of any third party rights. Vantage Trading shall not be liable for any losses, costs, expenses or damages which may arise in connection with this Offer to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- Vantage Trading, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents shall not be liable for any loss, damage or liability suffered by you as a result of participating in the Offer, including, but not limited to, financial loss, system failure, technical malfunction or any other unforeseen circumstances.
- Vantage Trading may collect and process personal information provided by you only for specific purposes with your explicit consent. Your data will be managed in accordance with applicable data protection laws to ensure both your privacy and data security.
- If these Terms are translated into a language other than English, the English version of these Terms shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
