1. はじめに

本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Vantage Prime Trading Limited（以下「Vantage Trading」または「当社」）が提供する「無料登録ボーナスプロモーション」（以下「本プロモーション」）に適用されます。当社はVFSC（バヌアツ金融サービス委員会）に登録された法人（登録番号：00318）です。お客様は、本プロモーションへの参加をもって本規約に同意したものと見なされます。

2. プロモーション期間

本プロモーションは2024年4月1日より開始し、別途通知があるまで継続されます（以下「プロモーション期間」）。

3. 参加条件

本プロモーションは、以下の条件を満たす新規のお客様が対象です。

新規のお客様は、以下の条件を満たす必要があります。

Vantage Tradingのスタンダード口座、ECN口座、コピートレーディング口座を開設すること（プレミアム口座は対象外）
ボーナスは最初に開設された口座に付与されます。最初に開設した口座がアーカイブされた場合、ボーナスは受け取れません。なお、入金または取引が90日間行われない場合、口座はアーカイブされ使用不可となります。

5. ボーナスまたは報酬の構成

対象のお客様には、KYC認証完了日を基準として24時間以内に無料の取引クレジットが付与されます。
•リアル口座承認から7日以内：100 USD（15,000円）
•リアル口座承認から８日以降：70 USD（10,000円）
本人確認書類（身分証明書/住所証明書/顔写真）を用いたKYC認証（本人確認）を完了すること

6. 入出金に関する条件

1. 本プロモーションは、あらゆる支払方法による入金に適用されます。

2. 内部振替、残高調整、現金調整、紹介者/アフィリエイト報酬、その他のいかなる手数料等も、本プロモーションの対象となる入金とは見なされません。

3. クレジットボーナスによって生じた利益を出金するためには、以下の取引条件を満たす必要があります（詳細は参考資料をご参照ください）。

入金がないお客様の場合

出金するためには、最低3ロットの取引が必要です。
出金できる利益の最大額はUSD70（10,000円）に制限されています。

入金済みのお客様の場合

出勤するためには、最低1件の取引を完了する必要があります。
出金できる利益に上限はありません。

各取引は最低5分間保有する必要があります。
口座から資金を出金した場合、出金後の現金残高の20%に基づき、これまでに付与されたボーナスは按分して差し引かれます。
お客様が別の口座へ資金を振り替える場合、送金元口座には、振替後の現金残高の20％に相当するボーナスが保持されます。受取口座には、クレジットボーナスは付与されません。

7. 失格について
以下に該当する場合、当社は参加資格を剥奪する権利を有します。

本利用規約に違反した場合
チャーニングなどの不正取引行為
虚偽の情報提供や詐欺行為

8. 変更および終了について
Vantage Tradingは、本プロモーションまたは本規約を、事前の通知なく随時変更・中止・終了する権利を有します。変更があった場合は、当社のウェブサイトで通知されます。

9. 準拠法および管轄
本プロモーションはバヌアツの法律および規制に準拠します。本プロモーションへの参加に関連する紛争は、バヌアツの裁判所の専属的管轄により解決されるものとします。

10. データ保護とプライバシー

本プロモーションへの参加により、お客様は、当社ウェブサイトに掲載されているプライバシーポリシーに従って、当社が個人情報を収集・処理することに同意したものと見なされます。

11. 免責事項 Vantage Tradingは、プロモーション参加に起因する損失、損害、請求に対して責任を負いません。当社の責任は、法的に許容される範囲内で制限され、お客様の入金額の合計を超えることはありません。

定義

1. 対象顧客

本プロモーションへの参加資格を有するお客様を指し、本規約に記載された条件を満たしている必要があります。

2. 対象国または地域

現地の法令および規制に従い、マイページを通じてプロモーションへのアクセスが可能な国または地域を指します。

3. レバレッジ比率

取引口座に適用される比率で、取引に必要な証拠金の額に影響します。

4. 取引クレジット

取引口座に付与されるボーナス資金を指し、出金はできませんが取引には利用することができます。

5. プロモーション

本規約に記載された内容に基づき、当社が提供する特典またはボーナスを指します。

6. プロモーション期間

当社が定めた、本プロモーションが有効な特定の期間を指します。

7. スタンダードロット

外国為替（FX）取引においては10万通貨単位、金（XAUUSD）の場合は100オンスに相当する取引単位を指します。各商品のスタンダードロットの詳細については、当社ウェブサイトをご参照ください。

8. 取引口座

対象顧客が金融商品の取引を行う目的でVantage Tradingに保有する口座を指します。

9. チャーニング

健全な投資戦略に基づかない、プロモーション特典を得ることのみを目的にマージンFXまたはCFD取引の売買を繰り返す行為を指します。

10. 不審な取引行為

Vantage Tradingが合理的な判断に基づき、当社のサービスまたは市場の健全性を損なうと判断するあらゆる行為を指します。これには、相反するポジションの保有、流動性の低さや価格差を利用する行為、その他の悪質な取引行為が含まれます。詳細については、当社ウェブサイトに掲載されている顧客契約書をご参照ください。

一般条件

以下の条件は、特に明記されていない限り、全てのオファー／プロモーション／プレゼント／コンペティション（以下「オファー」）に適用されます。

全てのVantage Tradingのオファーは、有効なスタンダード、ECN、およびプレミアム口座にのみ適用されます。特に明記されていない限り、セント口座、BTCおよびETH通貨口座は適用されません。
全てのVantage Tradingのオファーは、適用される法律に従って提供されます。

クレジットボーナスを使用してポジションをヘッジすることは禁止されています。Vantage Tradingは、事前の通知なしに、お客様のボーナス提供の資格を取り消し、お客様の取引口座からクレジットボーナスおよびインセンティブの一部または全てを削除し、ヘッジポジションによって発生した利益の一部または全てを排除する権利を留保します。
Vantage Trading は、正当な理由を示したり拒否の理由を説明したりすることなく、独自の裁量でキャンペーンへの参加申し込みまたは表明を拒否する権利を留保します。
以下のいずれかに該当する場合、Vantage Tradingはそのお客様のオファー参加を除外または取り消す権利を保有します。

a) チャーニング（利益目的のみでのマージンFXまたはCFD取引の頻繁な開閉）を行った場合

b) 社内または社外でのヘッジ行為が確認された場合

c) 顧客契約またはキャンペーン規約に違反した場合

これらの不正行為または違反があった場合、Vantage Tradingは当該口座からボーナス金額を差し引く権利を保有します。

Vantage Tradingは、これらの規約をいつでも変更する権利を有しており、変更内容はVantage Tradingウェブサイト上の改定規約の掲載により通知されます。お客様は定期的に本規約をご確認いただき、Vantage Tradingのウェブサイトおよびサービスを継続して利用することで、変更後の規約に同意したものと見なされます。
Vantage Tradingは、本オファーに関連して被った損失、費用、支出または損害について、法律で除外できない場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。
本規約が英語以外の言語に翻訳された場合、解釈に相違があるときは英語版が優先されます。

Vantage Trading No Deposit Bonus Promotion

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern the No Deposit Bonus (NDB) Promotion ('Promotion') offered by Vantage Prime Trading Limited ('Vantage Trading' or 'the Company'), a company registered with the VFSC reg. no. 00318. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available from 1 April 2024 and will be active until further notice ('Promotion Period').

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to new clients who meet the following criteria:

Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions.

4. Participation Requirements

To participate, new clients must:

Open a STP, ECN and Copy Trading account with Vantage Trading. Premium accounts are not eligible.
Complete the necessary Know Your Client (POI/POA/POF) assessment.

5. Bonus or Reward Structure

Eligible clients will receive free trading credits within 24 hours depending on their KYC completion date:
• USD$100 (15,000 JPY) within the first 7 days of Live Account approval
• USD$70 (10,000 JPY) after 7 days of Live Account approval
Bonus will be granted to the first account opened. If the first account opened is archived, the client will not receive the bonus. Trading accounts will be archived and rendered unusable after 90 days of no deposits or trading.

6. Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions

1. Deposits from all payment channels are eligible for this Promotion.

2. Internal transfers, balance adjustments, cash adjustments, Introducer/Affiliate rebates, or any form of commissions will not be considered as eligible deposits for the purpose of this Promotion.

3. Clients must meet the following trading requirements to withdraw profits generated from trading with the bonus credits. Please refer to the appendix for further clarification.

Rules for Clients Without Deposit

Clients who have not made a deposit are required to trade a minimum of three (3) standard lots to withdraw any profits.
The maximum withdrawable profit amount is capped at USD$70 (10,000 JPY).

Rules for Clients with Deposit

Clients who have made at least one deposit are required to trade a minimum of one (1) closed trade to withdraw their profits.
There is no maximum withdrawal limit for these clients.

Each trade place must be held for a minimum of 5 minutes.
Any withdrawal of funds from an account will result in the proportional deduction of all previously awarded trading bonus(es) based on 20% of the remaining cash balance after withdrawal.
When clients transfer funds to another account, the sending account will retain a bonus equivalent to 20% of its remaining cash balance after the transfer. The receiving account will not receive any bonus credit.

7. Disqualification
Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

Violates any of the Terms;
Engages in abusive trading practices, such as churning; or
Provides false information or engages in fraudulent activities.

8. Modification and Termination
Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion, with updates provided on the Vantage website.

9. Local Laws and Jurisdiction
This Promotion is subject to the laws and regulations of Vanuatu. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by and resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Vanuatu.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

11. Liability Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by the client.

DEFINITIONS

1. Eligible Client

refers to clients who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion, as specified in these Terms.

2. Eligible Countries/Regions

refers to the countries or regions where the Promotion is accessible to clients through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.

3. Leverage Ratio

the ratio applied to an Eligible Client's trading account that affects the amount of margin required for trading.

4. Trading Credits

refers to the bonus funds credited to an Eligible Client's trading account, which cannot be withdrawn but can be used for trading.

5. Promotion

refers to the special offer or bonus made available by the Company, as described in these Terms.

6. Promotion Period

refers to the specific period during which the Promotion is active, as defined by the Company.

7. Standard lot

represents 100,000 units for Forex or 100 oz for gold (XAUUSD), etc. For more information on standard lot specifications for our products, refer to your website.

8. Trading Account

refers to the account held by the Eligible Client with Vantage for the purpose of trading financial products.

9. Churning

refers to the practice of opening and closing Margin FX or CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.

10. Suspicious Trading Activity

refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. For details, see the Client Agreement on the website.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply to all offers/promotions/giveaways/contests (“offers”), unless explicitly stated otherwise:

Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
All Vantage Trading offers apply exclusively to valid STP and ECN accounts. PremiumCent [5] [6] accounts, BTC and ETH currency accounts are not eligible unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are not eligible to participate in any Vantage offers.
All Vantage Trading offers are only available in accordance with applicable laws and product intervention orders.
Vantage Trading offers are not intended to influence an individual's risk preferences or encourage trading inconsistent with their own strategies. Clients should ensure that they operate their trading account in line with their comfort level.
New accounts are subject to approval according to Vantage Trading's account opening procedure. Individuals applying for an account must review their local laws and regulations before applying with Vantage Trading.
Vantage Trading reserves the right to disqualify clients from claiming a trading credit from Vantage Trading offers if they make deposits via e-wallet/digital coin channels, including but not limited to USDT, Neteller, and Skrill.
Clients are not permitted to use the trading credit for hedging positions. Vantage Trading reserves the right to cancel a client's eligibility for credit bonus offers, remove partial or all credit bonuses from their trading account, and eliminate partial or all profits generated by hedging positions without prior notice.
Vantage Trading may exclude and/or cancel a client's participation in its offers if: a) they engage in churning (opening and closing Margin FX or CFD transactions solely for the purpose of benefiting from an offer); b) they engage in internal or external hedging; c) they violate the Client Agreement or breach the terms and conditions of any offers In such cases, Vantage Trading has the right to remove any bonus amounts or incentives from the trading account.
Vantage Trading may make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and will inform you of such changes by posting the modified terms on the Vantage Trading website. It is advisable to regularly review these Terms, and by continuing to use Vantage Trading's website and services, you accept any modified terms. Vantage Trading retains the right to modify or cancel offers at its sole discretion, at any time.
In the event of suspected misconduct, fraud, abuse, or violation of the Terms and Conditions, Vantage Trading may cancel, modify, or reverse any rewards or promotional incentives, and withdraw the eligibility of any participant at its absolute discretion. Furthermore, Vantage Trading reserves the right to disqualify, decline or reject any subscription to the offers or participant at any stage of the offers, without prior notice or liability to any individual.
Vantage Trading’s decision or resolution regarding the award of all prizes, disqualification of any participant and/or in every situation including any not covered by these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants of any offers. Vantage Trading is not obliged to entertain or respond to any queries, challenges, or appeals made against the Company’s decision pertaining to any offers.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vantage Trading harmless from and against any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to their participation in any offers, including any violation of the Terms and Conditions, breach of any applicable laws or regulations, or infringement of third-party rights. Vantage Trading is not responsible for any losses, costs, expenses, or damages that may be incurred in connection with this offer, to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Vantage Trading, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities incurred by clients as a result of participating in any offers, including but not limited to financial losses, system failures, technical glitches, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Vantage Trading may exclusively collect and process the personal data you provide in connection with any offers, with your explicit consent and for the specific purpose stated. Your data will be managed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws to ensure both your privacy and data security.
In the event of any inconsistency, the English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail if the terms are translated into a language other than English.
