1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Metals Cashback Campaign ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Prime Trading Limited ("Vantage Trading" or "the Company"), a company registered with the VFSC reg. no. 00318. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available from 3 August 2026, 3:00 PM to 31 August 2026, 11:59 PM (JST) ("Promotion Period").

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to clients who meet the following criteria:

• Must have an STP, ECN or Premium trading account with Vantage Trading.

4. Participation Requirements

To participate, clients must:

• Opt-in to the Promotion via Client Portal or App.
• Meet the minimum trade requirements as mentioned in the Bonus or Reward structure.

5. Bonus or Reward Structure

• Clients who meet the trading requirements for each tier are eligible to receive cash rewards as outlined below:

• Only closed trades on Gold, Silver, Copper, XPDUSD and XPTUSD will count toward the notional volume requirement.
  Eligible symbols:
  XAUAUD, XAUEUR, XAUJPY, XAUUSD, XAGAUD, XAGUSD, COPPER, COPPER-C, COPPER-Cr, XPDUSD and XPTUSD
  Ineligible symbols:
  BTCXAU and ETHXAU
• Trading position(s) closed within 10 minutes or 600 seconds are not eligible to be included in the notional volume aggregation.
• Clients can trade using multiple accounts, and the bonus will apply as long as they meet the total trading requirements per user.
• Cash rewards from each tier can be accumulated. For instance, clients who achieved the highest Tier (Tier 11) will receive a total cash reward of USD$2,000.
• Cash rewards will be credited to the clients’ nominated reward account within 1 day after reaching a new tier.
• The cash amount may vary based on the EOD USD/JPY exchange rate. For JPY accounts, the bonus cap is determined based on the exchange rate of the close of the previous business day.

6. Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates any of the Terms;
• Provides false information;
• Engages in suspicious trading activities or abusive trading practices, such as churning.

7. Modification and Termination

Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion including removing or deducting any credit bonus from a participant account and voiding any profits generated with the use of trading credit. This may occur due to violations of the Terms, suspicious or abusive trading practices or misuse of the credit bonus. Update or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

9. Liability

Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by the client.

DEFINITIONS

1. Notional Volume refers to the total value of a derivative contract position, determined by multiplying the underlying asset’s price by the size of the position.
Formula: Notional Volume (USD) = Trading lot X Contract size X Closing price of the underlying assets X End of day product exchange rate to USD.

2. EOD Exchange Rate refers to the prevailing market rate as of the close of the previous business day, used for currency conversions for the purpose of calculating bonus entitlements under this Promotion.

3. Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing Margin FX or CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.

4. Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. For details, please refer to the Client Agreement available on the website.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply to all offers/promotions/giveaways/contests (“offers”), unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All Vantage Trading offers apply exclusively to valid STP and ECN accounts. PremiumCent [5] [6] accounts, BTC and ETH currency accounts are not eligible unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are not eligible to participate in any Vantage offers.
• All Vantage Trading offers are only available in accordance with applicable laws and product intervention orders.
• Vantage Trading offers are not intended to influence an individual's risk preferences or encourage trading inconsistent with their own strategies. Clients should ensure that they operate their trading account in line with their comfort level.
• New accounts are subject to approval according to Vantage Trading's account opening procedure. Individuals applying for an account must review their local laws and regulations before applying with Vantage Trading.
• Vantage Trading reserves the right to disqualify clients from claiming a trading credit from Vantage Trading offers if they make deposits via e-wallet/digital coin channels, including but not limited to USDT, Neteller, and Skrill.
• Clients are not permitted to use the trading credit for hedging positions. Vantage Trading reserves the right to cancel a client's eligibility for credit bonus offers, remove partial or all credit bonuses from their trading account, and eliminate partial or all profits generated by hedging positions without prior notice.
• Vantage Trading may exclude and/or cancel a client's participation in its offers if: a) they engage in churning (opening and closing Margin FX or CFD transactions solely for the purpose of benefiting from an offer); b) they engage in internal or external hedging; c) they violate the Client Agreement or breach the terms and conditions of any offers In such cases, Vantage Trading has the right to remove any bonus amounts or incentives from the trading account.
• Vantage Trading may make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and will inform you of such changes by posting the modified terms on the Vantage Trading website. It is advisable to regularly review these Terms, and by continuing to use Vantage Trading's website and services, you accept any modified terms. Vantage Trading retains the right to modify or cancel offers at its sole discretion, at any time.
• In the event of suspected misconduct, fraud, abuse, or violation of the Terms and Conditions, Vantage Trading may cancel, modify, or reverse any rewards or promotional incentives, and withdraw the eligibility of any participant at its absolute discretion. Furthermore, Vantage Trading reserves the right to disqualify, decline or reject any subscription to the offers or participant at any stage of the offers, without prior notice or liability to any individual.
• Vantage Trading’s decision or resolution regarding the award of all prizes, disqualification of any participant and/or in every situation including any not covered by these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants of any offers. Vantage Trading is not obliged to entertain or respond to any queries, challenges, or appeals made against the Company’s decision pertaining to any offers.
• Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vantage Trading harmless from and against any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to their participation in any offers, including any violation of the Terms and Conditions, breach of any applicable laws or regulations, or infringement of third-party rights. Vantage Trading is not responsible for any losses, costs, expenses, or damages that may be incurred in connection with this offer, to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
• Vantage Trading, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities incurred by clients as a result of participating in any offers, including but not limited to financial losses, system failures, technical glitches, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
• Vantage Trading may exclusively collect and process the personal data you provide in connection with any offers, with your explicit consent and for the specific purpose stated. Your data will be managed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws to ensure both your privacy and data security.
• In the event of any inconsistency, the English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail if the terms are translated into a language other than English.
