1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the 24H US Stocks Cashback Campaign ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Prime Trading Limited ("Vantage Trading" or "the Company"), a company registered with the VFSC reg. no. 00318. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available from 23 July 2026, 3:00 PM to 22 August 2026, 11:59 PM (JST) ("Promotion Period").

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to clients who meet the following criteria:

• Must have an STP, ECN and/or Premium account with Vantage Trading. BTC/ETH account currency and Copy Trading accounts are excluded.

4. Participation Requirements

To participate, clients must:

• Opt-in to the Promotion via Client Portal or App.
• Meet the minimum trade requirements as mentioned in the Bonus or Reward structure.

5. Bonus or Reward Structure

Eligible clients will receive USD $1 cashback for every USD $10,000 notional volume on closed trades completed, capped at USD $1,000 per user.

• Only closed trades on the selected symbols will count towards the notional volume requirement.

• Trading position(s) closed within 10 minutes or 600 seconds are not eligible to be included in the notional volume aggregation.
• Clients can trade using multiple accounts, and the bonus will apply as long as they meet the total trading requirements per user.
• Cash rewards will be credited to the clients’ nominated reward account within 1 day.
• The cash amount may vary based on the EOD USD/JPY exchange rate. For JPY accounts, the bonus cap is determined based on the exchange rate of the close of the previous business day.

6. Disqualification

Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

• Violates any of the Terms;
• Provides false information;
• Engages in suspicious trading activities or abusive trading practices, such as churning.

7.Modification and Termination

Vantage reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion including removing or deducting any credit bonus from a participant account and voiding any profits generated with the use of trading credit. This may occur due to violations of the Terms, suspicious or abusive trading practices or misuse of the credit bonus. Update or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

9. Liability

Vantage is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by the client.

DEFINITIONS

1. Notional Volume refers to the total value of a derivative contract position, determined by multiplying the underlying asset’s price by the size of the position.
Formula: Notional Volume (USD) = Trading lot X Contract size X Closing price of the underlying assets X End of day product exchange rate to USD.

2. EOD Exchange Rate refers to the prevailing market rate as of the close of the previous business day, used for currency conversions for the purpose of calculating bonus entitlements under this Promotion.

3. Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing Margin FX or CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies.

4. Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. For details, please refer to the Client Agreement available on the website.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following conditions apply to all offers/promotions/giveaways/Competitions (“offers”), unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• All Vantage offers only apply to valid STP, ECN and Premium accounts. Cent accounts, BTC and ETH currency accounts are not applicable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All Vantage offers are only available in accordance with applicable law.
• Vantage offers are not designed to alter or modify an individual’s risk preference or encourage individuals to trade in a manner inconsistent with their own trading strategies.
• Clients should ensure that they operate their trading account in a manner consistent with their trading comfort level.
• New accounts are subject to approval as per Vantage’s account opening procedure. Individuals who apply for an account must check their local laws and regulations before applying for an account with Vantage.
• Clients are not allowed to use the credit bonus to hedge positions. Vantage reserves the right to cancel a client’s eligibility to participate in any credit bonus offers, remove partial/all credit bonus from his/her trading account and partial/all profit generated by hedging positions without further notice.
• Vantage reserves the right to decline any application or indication to participate in any promotion at its sole discretion, without the need to provide any justification or explain the reasons for such a decline.
• Vantage reserves the right to exclude and/or cancel a client’s participation in its offers if: a) found churning (opening and closing of Margin FX or CFD transaction just for the benefit of earning a benefit); b) found hedging internally or externally; c) found to be in violation of its Client Agreement or has breached the promotions terms and conditions. In case of such misconduct or the breach, Vantage shall have the right to deduct any bonus amounts from the trading account.
• Vantage may at any time make changes to these terms and conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on Vantage website. You are advised to revise these Terms regularly, and by your continued use of Vantage website and services that you accept any such modified terms. Vantage reserves the right to modify or cancel any offers at its sole discretion at any time.
• Vantage will not be liable for any loss, costs, expense or damage which may be suffered in connection with this offer and which by law may not be excluded by these Terms.
• In the event of any inconsistency, the English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail if the terms are translated into a language other than English.
