1. はじめに
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、Vantage Prime Trading Limited（以下「Vantage Trading」または「当社」）が提供する「暑さで溶けるな！ヴァンテージ サマーバトル2025」（以下「本プロモーション）に適用されます。当社はVFSC登録番号00318にて登録された企業です。本プロモーションに参加することにより、参加者は本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
2. プロモーション期間
本プロモーションは、以下の期間中に実施されます（以下「本プロモーション期間」）。
- 登録期間：2025年7月21日 15:00 ～ 2025年8月20日 23:59（日本時間）
- 大会期間：2025年8月4日 15:00 ～ 2025年9月3日 23:59（日本時間）
3. 参加資格
以下の条件を満たすVantage Tradingの全ての口座保有者が参加可能です。
- スタンダード(JPY/USD)、ECNまたはプレミアム口座を保有していること
- 対象国または地域の居住者であること
4. 参加条件
- マイページまたはヴァンテージアプリを通じて登録期間中に参加登録を行うこと
- ROIの計算を開始するため、登録した大会用口座に最低350USDを入金すること。円口座の場合、入金時の為替レートに応じて350USD相当の入金が必要です（150円/ドルレートの場合52,500円）。
- 最低取引量 200,000USDを取り引きすること
各ユーザーは、一度に1つの取引口座を使用して参加できます。参加者が大会登録期間中に別の口座に切り替える場合は、マイページ上で既存の大会口座を解除し、新しい口座で再登録する必要があります。
ご注意ください：新しい口座で再登録する場合、再度、参加資金350USDの入金が必要です。また、解除した口座のROIスコアはリセットされます。
ROIの計測は大会期間中、参加登録後、350USDの入金が完了後、計測開始となります。大会期間中に入金が完了した場合、大会開始後であっても、入金が完了した時点からの取引が計測されます。APPENDIXの例をご確認ください。
5. ボーナスまたは報酬の構成
大会終了時点で、利益率（ROI）が最も高い上位100名の対象顧客が受賞者として発表されます。

- 最低取引量を満たさない参加者は、ROIに基づいて上位100位以内にランクインした場合でも、賞金付与対象から除外されます。
- 賞品の繰り越しは行われません。失格となった参加者の賞品は他の参加者へ再配分されず、未授与のままとなります。
- 複数人が同スコアにてランクインした場合、システムにより、先に参加登録をしたユーザーが上位入賞者として認定されます。
- 大会口座の現金残高がマイナスになった参加者は、350USDまたは50,000JPYの復活クレジットを１度だけ受け取る資格を得ます。このクレジットは、2営業日以内に大会口座に付与されます。口座にクレジットが残っている場合でも付与の対象です。クレジットは土曜日、日曜日、祝日には付与されません。金曜日に復活クレジット付与対象となった場合、翌週火曜日に付与されます。
- 大会終了後、Vantage Tradingは2025年9月4日 12:00（日本時間）に受賞者を発表します。賞金は、該当する口座に受賞者発表後、7営業日以内に反映されます。(付与期限：9月15日23:59)
6. 失格について
以下に該当する場合、Vantage Tradingは本プロモーションの対象から参加者を失格とする権利を有します。
- 本規約に違反した場合
- チャーニングなどの不適切な取引行為を行った場合
- 虚偽情報の提供や不正行為に関与した場合
7. 変更および終了
Vantage Tradingは、独自の裁量により、本キャンペーンまたは本利用規約の一部を修正、一時停止、または終了する権利を有します。これには、参加者の口座からのクレジットボーナスの削除または差し引き、および取引クレジットを使用して得た利益の無効化が含まれます。これらの措置は、利用規約違反、不審または悪用的な取引行為、あるいはクレジットボーナスの不正使用が確認された場合に行われることがあります。更新や変更がある場合は、メールおよび当社ウェブサイトにて通知されます。
8. データおよび個人情報保護
本プロモーションに参加することで、当社のプライバシーポリシーに基づく個人情報の収集・利用に同意するものとします。詳細は当社ウェブサイトをご覧ください。
9. 免責事項
本キャンペーンへの参加に起因する損失、損害、または請求について、Vantage Tradingは一切の責任を負いません。当社の責任は、法律で認められる最大限の範囲まで制限され、お客様が入金した合計金額を超えないものとします。

定義
1. 対象顧客
本規約で定められた参加条件を満たす顧客を指します。
2. 対象国または地域
現地の法令および規制に従い、マイページを通じてプロモーションへのアクセスが可能な国または地域を指します。
3. 登録期間
大会に参加するために参加登録を完了しなければならない特定の期間を指します。
4. 大会期間
プロモーションで定められた賞金付与の対象となるかどうかを判断するために、利益率が測定される特定の期間をいいます。
5. 取引口座
対象顧客が金融商品の取引を目的として保有するVantage Tradingの口座を指します。
6. 利益率 (ROI)
大会期間中に発生した利益または損失の割合。利益、出金額、初期資金、未確定損益、入金額、内部振替、およびキャッシュバックが基になります。
利益率（%）=（利益 - 出金 - 振替出金）÷（大会開始時点の口座資金 + 大会開始時点の未確定損益＋累積入金 + 振替入金 + キャッシュバック) x 100
各項目の定義は以下の通りです。
- 利益：大会期間中に発生した未確定損益を含む損益
- 出金：参加登録と参加資金入金完了時点から大会期間終了までの間に行われた、累計出金額
- 入金：参加登録と参加資金入金完了時点から大会期間終了までの間に行われた、累計入金額
- 振替入金：参加登録と参加資金入金完了時点から大会期間終了までの間に行われた、口座間振替入金
- 振替出金：参加登録と参加資金入金完了時点から大会期間終了までの間に行われた、口座間振替出金
- キャッシュバック：参加登録と参加資金入金完了時点から大会期間終了までの間に行われた、他のキャンペーン等で得たキャッシュバック
- 大会開始時の口座資金：参加登録と参加資金入金完了時点の口座残高 (注1)
- 大会開始時の未確定損益：参加登録と参加資金入金完了時点に保有しているポジションの未確定損益 (注1)
※クレジットは資金として計算に含まれません。
注１：日本時間8月4日15:00以前に参加登録と参加資金入金を完了した場合、大会開始時の口座資金と大会開始時の未確定損益は、日本時間8月4日15:00時点の数値が計測されます。
7. チャーニング
健全な投資戦略に基づかず、プロモーション特典を得ることのみを目的として、マージンFXまたはCFD取引の売買を繰り返す行為。
8. 不正な取引行為
Vantage Tradingが合理的な判断に基づき、当社のサービスまたは市場の健全性を損なうと 判断するあらゆる行為を指します。これには、相反するポジションの保有、流動性の低さ や価格差を利用する行為、その他の悪質な取引行為が含まれます。詳細については、当社 ウェブサイトに掲載されている「顧客契約書」をご参照ください。
一般条件
以下の条件は、特に明記されていない限り、全てのオファー／プロモーション／プレゼント／コンペティションには以下の条件が適用されます。
- 全てのVantage Tradingのオファーは、有効なスタンダード、ECN、およびプレミアム口座にのみ適用されます。特に明記されていない限り、セント口座、BTCおよびETH通貨口座は適用されません。
- 全てのVantage Tradingのオファーは、適用される法律に従って提供されます。
- Vantage Tradingの提供するサービスは、個人のリスク選好に影響を及ぼすことを意図しておらず、自身の戦略と矛盾する取引を推奨するものではありません。
- お客様は、ご自身の快適なレベルに合わせて取引口座を運用してください。
- 新規口座開設は、Vantage Tradingの口座開設手続きに従って承認されます。口座開設を申請するお客様は、Vantage Tradingに申請する前に、現地の法令を確認する必要があります。
- お客様は、取引クレジットをヘッジポジションに使用することはできません。Vantage Tradingは、事前の通知なしに、お客様のボーナス提供の資格を取り消し、お客様の取引口座からクレジットボーナスおよびインセンティブの一部または全てを削除し、ヘッジポジショ ンによって発生した利益の一部または全てを排除する権利を留保します。
- Vantage Trading は、正当な理由を示したり拒否の理由を説明したりすることなく、独自の裁量でキャンペーンへの参加申し込みまたは表明を拒否する権利を留保します。
- 以下のいずれかに該当する場合、Vantage Tradingはそのお客様のオファー参加を除外または取り消す権利を保有します。
- Vantage Tradingは、これらの規約をいつでも変更する権利を有しており、変更内容はVantage Tradingのウェブサイト上での改定規約の掲載により通知されます。お客様は定期的に本規約をご確認いただき、Vantage Tradingのウェブサイトおよびサービスを継続して利用することで、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
- Vantage Tradingは、本オファーに関連して被った損失、費用、支出または損害について、法律で除外できない場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。
- 本規約が英語以外の言語に翻訳された場合、解釈に相違があるときは英語版が優先されます。
- 本オファーの提供元者は、Vantage Prime Trading Limited（登録番号：2023-00318）です。フォームの始まり
a) チャーニング（利益目的のみでのマージンFXまたはCFD取引の頻繁な開閉）を行った場合
b) 社内または社外でのヘッジ行為が確認された場合
c) 顧客契約またはキャンペーン規約に違反した場合
これらの不正行為または違反があった場合、Vantage Tradingは当該口座からボーナス金額を差し引く権利を保有します。
Vantage Trading Summer Battle Trading Contest 2025 Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Summer Battle Trading Contest ("Promotion") offered by Vantage Prime Trading Limited ("Vantage Trading" or "the Company"), a company registered with the VFSC reg. no. 00318. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion is available during these dates ("Promotion Period"):
- Registration Period: 21 July 2025, 15:00 PM – 20 August 2025, 23:59 PM (JST)
- Contest Period: 4 August 2025, 15:00 PM – 3 September 2025, 23:59 PM (JST)
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to all Vantage Trading clients who meet the following criteria:
- Must have an STP (JPY/USD), ECN or Premium trading account with Vantage Trading.
- Must be a resident of Eligible Countries/Regions.
4. Participation Requirements
To participate, clients must:
- Register for the Contest via Client Portal or Vantage APP during the Registration Period;
- Deposit a minimum of USD 350 into their registered contest account for ROI calculation to commence.
- Trade at least USD200,000 notional volume.
Each client may participate using only one trading account at a time. If a client wishes to switch to a different account, they must first opt out of the existing contest account and then opt in with the new account. Please note that when opting in with a new account, both the deposit amount and ROI performance record will be reset.
Performance will only be counted after the client has both registered and deposited the required USD $350. If the deposit is made during the Contest Period, only trades from the deposit date onward will be counted. Refer to the Appendix for examples.
5. Bonus or Reward Structure
At the end of the Contest, the top 100 eligible clients with the highest profit percentage (ROI) will be declared winners. The prize structure is as follows:

- Clients who do not meet the minimum notional volume requirement will be disqualified from the prize pool, even if they rank within the top 100 based on ROI.
- No rollover of prizes will occur. Disqualified participants’ prizes will not be reassigned to other participants and will remain unawarded.
- If multiple winners have the same ROI, the winner who registered earlier will be ranked higher.
- Participants whose contest account reaches a negative balance after the contest period starts will be eligible to receive a one-time USD 350 (or 50,000 JPY) loss protection credit. This credit will be applied to their contest account within two (2) business days. Eligibility is not affected by any remaining credit in the account—participants can still receive the bonus. Credits will not be granted on weekends or public holidays. If a client qualifies for loss protection credits on Friday, it will be granted on the following Tuesday.
- Upon conclusion of the Competition, Vantage Trading will announce the winners by 4 September 2025, 12:00PM (JST). The cash prizes will be credited to the respective accounts within 7 business days (by 15 September 2025, 11:59PM JST).
6. Disqualification
Vantage reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:
- Violates any of the Terms;
- Engages in abusive trading practices, such as churning; or
- Provides false information or engages in fraudulent activities.
7. Modification and Termination
Vantage Trading reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or any of the Terms at its discretion including removing or deducting any credit bonus from a participant account and voiding any profits generated with the use of trading credit. This may occur due to violations of the Terms, suspicious or abusive trading practices or misuse of the credit bonus. Update or changes will be communicated via email and posted on the website.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
9. Liability
Vantage Trading is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from participation in the Promotion. Vantage's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law and will not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by the client.

DEFINITIONS
1. Eligible Client refers to clients who meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the Promotion, as specified in these Terms.
2. Eligible Countries/Regions refers to the countries or regions where the Promotion is accessible to clients through their Client Portal, subject to local laws and regulations.
3. Registration Period refers to the specific timeframe during which Eligible Clients are required to complete the registration process for the Contest in order to participate.
4. Contest Period refers to the specific timeframe during which clients’ return rates are measured to determine their eligibility for prizes outlined in the Promotion.
5. Trading Account refers to the account held by the Eligible Client with Vantage for the purpose of trading financial products.
6. Profit Percentage (ROI) refers to the percentage gain or loss achieved by a client in the contest account during the Contest Period, calculated based on their profits, withdrawals, starting account balance, starting floating PnL, deposits, internal transfers, and cashback. Formula: Profit % = Profits-Withdrawals-Transferred out Starting account balance + Starting floating PnL + Accumulated deposits + Transferred in + Cashback Where, Note: Credits are excluded from the calculation. *If a client registers and deposits USD 350 before 4th August 15:00, the Starting Account Balance and Starting Floating PnL will be taken as of the 4th August 15:00. 7. Churning refers to the practice of opening and closing Margin FX or CFD transactions solely to benefit from promotional offers, rather than executing trades based on sound investment strategies. 8. Suspicious Trading Activity refers to any conduct that Vantage, based on reasonable assessment, determines compromises the integrity of its services or markets, including holding opposing positions, exploiting low liquidity or price gaps, or engaging in abusive practices. For details, please refer to the Client Agreement available on the website. The following conditions apply to all offers/promotions/giveaways/contests (“offers”), unless explicitly stated otherwise:
