Vantage Trading 金利13％！Ｖプレミアム預金
本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、VFSC登録番号00318で登録された企業であるVantage Prime Trading Limited（以下「Vantage Trading」または「当社」）が提供する年利13％！Vプレミアム預金（以下「本キャンペーン」）を規定するものです。本キャンペーンに参加することにより、お客様は本規約を承認し、これに同意するものとします。
プロモーション規約
1. 本プロモーションは、2024年5月19日から終了が通知されるまでご利用いただけます。
2. 本プロモーションに参加することにより、お客様は、本規約および当社のウェブサイトに掲載されている顧客規約を読み、これに拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。
3. 本プロモーションへの参加は、居住国の適用法に基づき法的拘束力のある契約を結ぶことができる者に限ります。本プロモーションへの参加は、18歳未満または居住国の法的年齢未満の者には認められません。
4. 本プロモーションは、スタンダード口座 (USD/JPY/BTC/ETH)、ECN口座、コピートレーディング口座およびプレミアム口座のみ有効です。
5. 本プロモーションは口座単位で行われます。お客様は複数の口座で参加することができますが、口座ごとに指定された条件を満たす必要があります。
例えば、2つの口座（口座Aと口座B）で参加し、口座Aは条件を満たしているが口座Bは条件を満たしていなかった場合、口座Aに関連する報酬のみを受け取ることができます。
6. 本キャンペーンへの参加は、以下の条件を満たす必要があります。
6.1 マイページまたはアプリから本プロモーションに参加登録すること。
6.2 参加する口座を1つまたは複数指定すること（「デモ口座」は含まれません）。
6.3 月曜日から金曜日まで750,000円または5,000USD相当以上の資金を毎日指定口座に維持すること。
6.3.1 資金とは、有効証拠金からクレジットを差し引いた金額です。有効証拠金には、プロモーション期間前の初期資本、変動損益、およびプロモーション期間中において累積した新規入金が含まれます。
6.3.2 資金要件は口座の基本通貨によって決定されます。米ドル建て口座には5,000USD、日本円建て口座には750,000円が必要です。一方、BTCおよびETH建て口座には、それぞれ対応する通貨で5,000USD相当の預入が必要です。
6.4 BTC・ETH口座の資金はEOW為替レートにてUSDへ変換され、USD換算金額において条件を満たしているか判断されます。EOW為替レートは毎週金曜日に決定されます。
6.5 月曜日から金曜日までの間に、対象資金750,000円または5,000USD相当の資金あたり最低0.5ロットのポジションを取引し、決済を完了すること。
6.5.1 5分以上ポジションを保有した、FX、金、銀、原油の取引のみ、本プロモーションの対象取引としてカウントされます。
7. お客様は、対象となる資金に対して毎日0.05%のキャッシュバックを受け取ります（付録1を参照）。このキャッシュバックは毎週月曜日に0.25%のレートで取引口座に決済されます。
計算式：1日のキャッシュバック = (合計残高 - クレジット) x 0.05％
8. 以下のいずれかに該当する場合、前決済週のキャッシュバックは取り消されます。
・前決済週（月曜日から金曜日）で、お客様が保有する毎日の資金が750,000円または5,000USD相当未満だった場合。
・前決済週（月曜日から金曜日）に、750,000円または5,000USD相当の資金あたり最低0.5ロットの取引を決済していない場合。
・前決済週（月曜日から日曜日）に口座から出金または内部振替を行った場合。
9. Vantage Tradingは、独自の判断により本プロモーションを変更または中止する権利を有し、口座の適格性は当社の評価に従うものとします。
10. 本規約に明示的に規定されていない紛争または状況が発生した場合、Vantage Tradingは、その単独の裁量権を行使して解決に導くものとします。
付録1：取引条件とキャッシュバック
1. お客様は、前決済週（月曜日から金曜日）に、750,000円または5,000USD相当の資金あたり最低0.5ロットを取引し、決済を完了する必要があります。
2. 750,000円または5,000USD相当の資金の対象資金に対して、1週間あたり計0.5ロットの取引を行うと、1日あたり0.05%のキャッシュバックとなります。具体例は以下の通りです。

一般条件
以下の条件は、特に明記されていない限り、すべてのオファー/プロモーション/プレゼント/コンテスト（以下「オファー」）に適用されます。
- 特に明記されていない限り、他のオファーとの併用はできません。
- Vantage Tradingの全てのプロモーションは、有効なスタンダード口座またはECN口座にのみ適用されます。特に明記されていない限り、BTCおよびETH口座およびプレミアム口座は対象外となります。
- PAMM/MAMまたはマネーマネージャーから紹介されたお客様は、Vantage Tradingのオファーに参加することはできません。
- Vantage Tradingの全てのプロモーションは、適用される法律および製品介入命令に従ってのみご利用いただけます。
- Vantage Tradingのオファーは、個人のリスク選好に影響を与えたり、自身の戦略と矛盾する取引を奨励したりすることを意図したものではありません。お客様は、ご自身の快適なレベルに合わせて取引口座を運用してください。
- 新規口座開設は、Vantage Tradingの口座開設手続きに従って承認されます。口座開設を希望する個人は、Vantage Tradingに申し込む前に、現地の法令を確認する必要があります。
- Vantage Tradingは、お客様がUSDT、Neteller、Skrillを含むがこれに限定されないeウォレットまたはデジタルコインチャネルを通じて入金を行った場合、Vantage Tradingが提供する取引クレジットの請求を剥奪する権利を留保します。
- お客様は、取引クレジットをヘッジポジションに使用することはできません。Vantage Tradingは、事前の通知なしに、お客様のクレジットボーナス提供の資格を取り消し、お客様の取引口座からクレジットボーナスおよびインセンティブの一部または全てを削除し、ヘッジポジションにより発生した利益の一部または全てを排除する権利を留保します。
a)顧客が過剰売買(オファーの利益を得ることのみを目的とした証拠金FXまたはCFD取引の開設および決済)を行った場合
b)内部または外部ヘッジを行った場合
c)顧客契約に違反した場合、またはオファーの条件に違反した場合 - Vantage Tradingは、本規約を随時変更することができるものとし、変更後の規約をVantage Tradingのウェブサイトに掲載することにより、お客様に通知します。本規約を定期的に確認することをお勧めします。お客様は、Vantage Tradingのウェブサイトおよびサービスの利用を継続することにより、変更された規約に同意したものとみなされます。Vantage Tradingは、独自の判断により、いつでも本規約を変更または中止する権利を留保します。
- 不正行為、詐欺、濫用、または利用規約違反の疑いがある場合、Vantage Tradingは、その絶対的な裁量により、特典またはプロモーションのインセンティブを取り消し、変更、または取り消し、および参加者の資格を剥奪することができるものとします。さらに、Vantage Tradingは、いかなる個人に対しても事前に通知することなく、また責任を負うことなく、本オファーのいかなる段階においても、本オファーへの加入または参加者の資格を喪失させ、拒否する権利を留保します。

- Vantage Trading、その関連会社、取締役、役員、従業員、または代理人は、金銭的損失、システム障害、技術的不具合、またはその他の不測の事態を含む（ただし必ずしもこれらに限定されない）、オファーに参加した結果、お客様が被った損失、損害、または責任について、一切責任を負わないものとします。
- Vantage Tradingは、お客様からご提供いただいた個人情報を、お客様の明示的な同意の下、特定の目的のためにのみ収集し、処理することがあります。お客様のデータは、適用されるデータ保護法に従って管理され、お客様のプライバシーおよびデータの両方の安全性が確保されます。
- 本規約が英語以外の言語に翻訳されている場合、矛盾がある場合は、本規約の英語版が優先されるものとします。
- 本オファーの提供元者は、Vantage Prime Trading Limited（登録番号：2023-00318）です。
Vantage Trading 13% p.a. Funds Growth
These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern the 13% p.a. Funds Growth ('Promotion') offered by Vantage Prime Trading Limited ('Vantage Trading' or 'the Company'), a company registered with the VFSC reg. no. 00318. By participating in this Promotion, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these Terms.
1. This Promotion is available from 19 May 2024 until we will announce further notice (“Promotion Period”).
2. By participating in this Promotion, clients acknowledge that they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Client Agreement as published on the website of the Company.
3. This Promotion is open to all new and existing Vantage clients with residence registered from selected countries/regions only during the Promotion Period.
4. This Promotion is only valid for STP, ECN, BTC, ETH, Copy Trading and Premium accounts.
5. This Promotion operates on an account-level basis. Clients are permitted to participate with multiple accounts; however, they must satisfy the specified requirements for each account.
For example, if a client participates with two accounts (account A and account B) and successfully fulfils the requirements for account A but not for account B, they will receive the cashback associated with account A only.
6. Clients are required to fulfil the following actions to qualify and participate in this Promotion:
6.1 Opt into this Promotion via Client Portal or APP;
6.2 Nominate one or more participating live trading account(s). (Demo account is not eligible).
6.3 Maintain a daily eligible funds exceeding 750,000 JPY or its equivalent of USD 5,000 from Monday to Friday;
6.3.1 Eligible funds are defined as equity minus credit. Equity encompasses the initial equity prior to the Promotion Period, floating profit and loss, and cumulative new deposits during the Promotion Period.
6.3.2 Funding requirements are determined by the account’s base currency. USD-denominated accounts require USD 5,000, JPY-denominated accounts require JPY 750,000 while BTC and ETH currency accounts require a deposit equivalent to USD 5,000 in the respective currency.
6.4 Eligible funds for BTC and ETH currency accounts will be calculated in USD based on the end-of-week (EOW) exchange rate. The EOW exchange rate is determined as of Friday.
6.5 Complete a minimum of 0.5 standard lots per exceeding 750,000 JPY or its equivalent of USD 5,000 eligible funds from Monday to Friday.
6.5.1 Only round-turn transactions in FX, Gold, Silver, and Crude Oil held more than 5 minutes will be counted for the trading requirement of this Promotion.
7. Eligible clients will receive a daily cashback rate of 0.05% on their eligible funds (refer to appendix 1), and this cashback will be settled at a rate of 0.25% every following Monday into their participating trading account(s).
Formula: Daily Cashback = (Equity – Credit) x 0.05%
8. The cashback for the previous settlement week will be cancelled if any of the following situations arise:
・Clients maintain less than exceeding 750,000 JPY or its equivalent of USD 5,000 in daily eligible funds during the previous settlement week (Monday to Friday); or
・Clients execute less than 0.5 standard lots per exceeding 750,000 JPY or its equivalent of USD 5,000 eligible funds during the previous settlement week (Monday to Friday); or
・Clients make any withdrawal or internal fund transfer out from participating accounts during the previous settlement week (Monday to Sunday).
9. Vantage reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Promotion at its sole discretion, and account eligibility will be subject to our evaluation.
10. In the event of any dispute or situation not explicitly addressed within these Terms, Vantage will exercise its sole discretion to arrive at a resolution.
Appendix 1: Trading Requirements and Rebates
1. Clients are required to achieve a minimum of 0.5 standard lots per exceeding 750,000 JPY or its equivalent of USD 5,000 eligible funds during the previous settlement week (Monday to Friday).
2. Trading only 0.5 lots per week will result in a 0.05% daily cashback on the bare minimum eligible funds of exceeding 750,000 JPY or its equivalent of USD 5,000. The specific examples are as follows:

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following conditions apply to all offers/promotions/giveaways/contests (“offers”), unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- All Vantage Trading offers apply exclusively to valid STP and ECN accounts. Premium, BTC and ETH currency accounts are not eligible unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Clients referred by a PAMM/MAM or money manager are not eligible to participate in any Vantage offers.
- All Vantage Trading offers are only available in accordance with applicable laws and product intervention orders.
- Vantage Trading offers are not intended to influence an individual's risk preferences or encourage trading inconsistent with their own strategies. Clients should ensure that they operate their trading account in line with their comfort level.
- New accounts are subject to approval according to Vantage Trading's account opening procedure. Individuals applying for an account must review their local laws and regulations before applying with Vantage Trading.
- Vantage Trading reserves the right to disqualify clients from claiming a trading credit from Vantage Trading offers if they make deposits via e-wallet/digital coin channels, including but not limited to USDT, Neteller, and Skrill.
- Clients are not permitted to use the trading credit for hedging positions. Vantage Trading reserves the right to cancel a client's eligibility for credit bonus offers, remove partial or all credit bonuses from their trading account, and eliminate partial or all profits generated by hedging positions without prior notice.
- Vantage Trading may exclude and/or cancel a client's participation in its offers if: a) they engage in churning (opening and closing Margin FX or CFD transactions solely for the purpose of benefiting from an offer); b) they engage in internal or external hedging; c) they violate the Client Agreement or breach the terms and conditions of any offers In such cases, Vantage Trading has the right to remove any bonus amounts or incentives from the trading account.
- Vantage Trading may make changes to these terms and conditions at any time and will inform you of such changes by posting the modified terms on the Vantage Trading website. It is advisable to regularly review these Terms, and by continuing to use Vantage Trading's website and services, you accept any modified terms. Vantage Trading retains the right to modify or cancel offers at its sole discretion, at any time.
- In the event of suspected misconduct, fraud, abuse, or violation of the Terms and Conditions, Vantage Trading may cancel, modify, or reverse any rewards or promotional incentives, and withdraw the eligibility of any participant at its absolute discretion. Furthermore, Vantage Trading reserves the right to disqualify, decline or reject any subscription to the offers or participant at any stage of the offers, without prior notice or liability to any individual.
- Vantage Trading’s decision or resolution regarding the award of all prizes, disqualification of any participant and/or in every situation including any not covered by these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all participants of any offers. Vantage Trading is not obliged to entertain or respond to any queries, challenges, or appeals made against the Company’s decision pertaining to any offers.
- Clients agree to indemnify and hold Vantage Trading harmless from and against any claims, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to their participation in any offers, including any violation of the Terms and Conditions, breach of any applicable laws or regulations, or infringement of third-party rights. Vantage Trading is not responsible for any losses, costs, expenses, or damages that may be incurred in connection with this offer, to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- Vantage Trading, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or liabilities incurred by clients as a result of participating in any offers, including but not limited to financial losses, system failures, technical glitches, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
- Vantage Trading may exclusively collect and process the personal data you provide in connection with any offers, with your explicit consent and for the specific purpose stated. Your data will be managed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws to ensure both your privacy and data security.
- In the event of any inconsistency, the English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail if the terms are translated into a language other than English.
- The provider of this offer is Vantage Prime Trading Limited (Reg. No. 2023-00318).
